c. 100 pages plus wrapper covers. Text in English. Contains a long run of wonderful cartoon pictorial maps of 48 states (no Alaska or Hawaii).

Publisher's faux leather binding, gilt title lettering, oblong format.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, edges worn, front cover partly detached along gutter seam, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned, signs of handling, internally still clean, well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
