Asia: The American Magazine on the Orient.
Published monthly, Concord, New Hampshire by Asia Magazine Inc.
4 issues, each c. 90 pages. Text in English. Profusely illustrated throughout. Nice assortment of dated advertising as well, often illustrated.

Early 20th century American illustrated magazine with pleasing visual content. Issues included in this lot: September 1920; March, 1922;  December 1922; July 1923.

Binding remains tight, and sound, various mostly small signs of age, time and handling such as spine chipping, nothing offensive or major. Each remains overall a nice looking example.

Small age flaws or defects include possible random old creasing, coupon cut-outs, edge chipping or short tears, small light old staining, etc. The pictures give a very good sense of how the item survives.

Virtually all periodicals of this era are somewhat scarce today as loose complete issues. Like most random survivals of old periodical printing, any specific example (like this one) is likely among a relative handful still extant. As each decade goes back from 1950, the rate of scarcity for any specific magazine or paper item increases noticeably.

Text block remains overall clean, and displays a pleasing age patina.

Magazine remains attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this antique item survives. This item is not new- it is old and has been handled by different owners in the past.

Magazine Measures c. 12 1/4" H x 9" W.
