Uncommon 19th century lithographed map with original hand color. An early owner has drwn pencil lines on the map to evidently show the new placement of roads and an extension to the bottom harbor area.

A highly detailed map with owners of houses and their plots identified. Invaluable for genealogical research, includes various non-residential buildings and businesses.

Map is not new, shows signs of age and handling. Light scattered age spotting and surface soiling as seen. Displays a lovely age patina, still well worthy of display or gift giving. An uncommon county map from this era.
