24 pages oblong booklet & large lithographed folding birds-eye view map. Text in English. Illustrated throughout.

Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers, gilt title lettering. The large view is covered with advertising on the reverse.

Items are physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Items are not new or in "new" condition but both are very well preserved examples.

Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned, minor light signs of handling, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
