Sheet is over 120 years old and shows clear obvious signs of handling, past repairs and time.

Poor shape but rare in any condition. Intended for promotional purposes, printed on both sides, great pictorial ads on reverse. The printing would seem to indicate the ads and cards could be cut and bound into a small pocket booklet format, but this broadside format is as it survives. Heavily taped long ago as seen, what can you do? 

Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce item displays a unique age patina, the obvious age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
