Wonderful combination of Santa Claus with gold mining in the Territory of Nevada at the dawn of the 20th century. Scarce/ rare item most Santa collectors would not own, nice early date for the state as well.

Sheet/ certificate is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. It is not new or in "new" condition like a repro would be.

Text block paper is gently toned, slight edge wear and minor signs of handling, still well preserved with fine visual appeal. Would look great framed for display.

The fragile and rare sheet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
