Pocket map is over 120 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Map is not new or in "new" condition.

Covers gently age worn, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Map paper is gently toned, a couple well closed tears along top edge done long ago and easy to overlook, still very clean, fresh, well preserved, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Map displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
