VG condition, light age spotting, original binding stitch holes down side blank margin, overall presents well, nice looking example.

Of note for the prominent depiction of Texas while it was an independent republic. Note Oregon Territory extending way up into modern day British Columbia Canada. Alaska still called Russian America.
