Copper engraved map with original outline hand color.

Interesting projection which includes a named source of the Nile river in Africa across to an undefined partial outline assigned to the Land of Jesso above Japan. Tibet is named, as is the grand mogul in India. An engraved note along Russia’s eastern most coastline across from modern day Alaska is labeled as being little known.

Overall, sheet uniformly lightly browned, remains a nice looking example with very pleasant age patina.
