Original early 18th century copper engraved map with original outline hand color.

Large vignette lion of St. Marks holds a sword aloft behind a title banner which flutters in the wind across it.

Overall, remains a nice looking example with very pleasant age patina. A couple small age spots as clearly visible.

Sheet size c. 8 x 10”. Engraved area c. 6 3/8” x 8 1/2”.
