Publisher's cloth binding, gilt title lettering, gilt city seal cover decoration.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, shaken, some pages or plates loose, one plate detached and creased, still remains overall attractive as an object.

Text block paper is toned, mostly clean, shaken but still nice book.

Still attractive on the shelf. Item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
