Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Gently age worn, slight rubbing, small hole after "s" of "Dry Goods", otherwise remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Paper is gently toned, signs of handling, top edge uneven, still well preserved. Some loss of sheet at top.

This fragile and likely unique business advert sheet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
