Wonderful early to mid-20th century promo for this still charming beach resort well visited all Summer by visitors from far and wide.

Good+ cond, some signs of handling and time, light rubbing and wear as well as slightly dirty front cover. L:arge internal main image fine and clean. 

Note the wonderful long panoramic birds-eye view of York Beach Short Sands, showing several large grand hotel and public structures as well as many private houses.
