Accordion style tourist souvenir photo album, 12 original albumen photographic plates all mounted onto heavy lettered card stock backings. Text in French & Dutch.

Publisher's decorative cloth binding, gilt title lettering, beautiful & elaborate gilt cover decorations.

This charming small pocket souvenir is approaching 150 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently rubbed but remains overall bright, clean, and very attractive as an object.

Internally still well preserved, tight, sound, the views often somewhat faded as often seen with albumens of this era.

Still attractive on the shelf, in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

The asking price reflects the condition based on our examination and 35+ years full time exposure to antiquarian books. Flaws seen and described have been taken into account.
