Baedeker's Northern Germany: 16th Revised Edition, 1913, 439 pages, 54 Maps and 101 Plans.
Baedeker's The Rhine: 18th Revised Edition, 1926, 422 pages, 102 Maps and Plans.

Publisher's soft cloth binding, gilt title lettering, embossed cover designs, marbled edges.

Lot is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Lot is not new or in "new" condition.

Bindings age worn as seen, mostly light to moderate signs of careful handling and time but nothing offensive or severe, only one folding map seems edge defective due to having been folded with a portion protruding outside the text block, lot remains overall attractive on the shelf.

Paper is gently toned, still clean, tight, sound internally.

The lot displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present appear to us easy to overlook or forgive. 

Please review photos for more detail showing how this lot survives. The asking price reflects the condition based on our examination and 35+ years full time exposure to antiquarian books, maps and printed ephemera of all types and genres. Flaws seen and/ or described have been taken into account.
