Leaflet is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Leaflet is not new or in "new" condition.

Gently age worn, couple tiny holes along spine on rear cover, some small adhesion loss to text from having once been affixed to a scrapbook page, mostly light or inoffensive signs of handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly, leaflet remains overall attractive as an object. Scarce in any condition, an ephemeral item from this restaurant.

Paper is gently toned, still clean, tight, sound internally.

The leaflet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
