This rare promotional booklet is over 100 years old and shows only gentle minor signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition but is exceptionally well preserved, appearing nearly as issued (likely the result of having been tucked amongst undisturbed stack of papers of this era.

Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall very clean.

Text block paper is gently toned, minor signs of handling, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile and ephemeral pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
