Children's Books collection Mother Goose Fairy Tales Aesop Lot x 10 old books

Publisher's paper covered boards, often with pictorial cover paste downs. Nice collection of 10 antiquarian 19th century -early 20th century children's books. Please see pics.

Titles included in this lot are all clearly visible in pics, each work is worthy of owning if you have an interest in old children's books either as a collector or dealer.

Collection of old books is used and shows some mostly light signs of handling and time. Lot is not new or in "new" condition.

Bindings gently age worn, one book lacks spine with covers detached (Three Wise Old Couples w/ 14 color litho plates), mostly small inoffensive signs of handling but nothing severe, lot remains overall clean, well preserved and attractive.

The Decorative Sisters Books has 16 lovely color lithographed plates. The Ideal Fairy Tales folio book seems to lack a title page but has 13 gorgeous full page chromolithographed plates (one torn) plus many nice line drawings.

Attractive on the shelf. Lot displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
