Scarce early lithographed view of this female seminary in New Haven, Connecticut. Inside is the sheet music as issued.
Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.
Paper is age toned, light minor scattered soiling and spotting, early pencil inscription at right side of the view from the author/ composer, remains overall attractive as an object.
Still attractive on the shelf. Item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
