Tales of Travellers; or A View of the World.
Published Saturday, February 18th, 1837, London by Joseph Last.

4 leaves (8 pages), large woodcut.

Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers, early supplemental (?) paper tape along spine. Note the price at top right, indicating individual sale.

For a Columbus and Discovery of America collector, an ephemeral item of great interest due to the key subject and potentially unique pictorial woodcut depicting the location, with what appears to be early (original?) hand color. Almost certainly scarce/ rare in the market to find similar in appearance to as found here.

Pamphlet is approaching 200 years old and shows some signs of handling and time.

Binding and paper gently uniformly age toned, mostly light or inoffensive signs of handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly, pamphlet remains overall attractive as an object.
