Two Essays bound as one. Scarce interesting English language mid-18th century overview book on agriculture and farming- from ancient times down to the present.
Original period full leather binding, raised bands. Binding now worn and rubbed with cracked joints and edge wear, rubbing, etc. Book remains sound and tight as issued, boards firmly held by binding cords. Clean internally.
A widely praised English work on European farming practices of the 18th century, which as an aside would have no doubt been carried to North America by Europeans who emigrated around this era.
Book measures: 8 5/8" H X 5 3/4" W.
