Publisher's illustrated lettered cloth bindings, complete in 2 vols. Scarce set.
Bindings remain clean, tight, and sound, typical age browning, small loss of cloth along front joint vol. 2. Interior contents display a pleasing age patina, some scattered light spotting, still square, deckled edges as issued.
Set remains well preserved and attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
