Publisher's paper wrappers, oblong format.

Booklet is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, light to moderate overall old damp staining which has left the contents with a slight waviness and a light tide mark (only visible from the back of the plates), remains overall attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned, most tissue guards a bit adhered to the blank backs of many/ most plates, one color plate with small old "pull" spot, internally still well preserved, tight, sound. Despite the old damp staining, all the images remain pleasing to examine.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. 

Please review photos for more detail showing how this scarce early 20th century view book survives. The asking price reflects the condition based on our examination and 35+ years full time exposure to antiquarian books. Flaws seen and described have been taken into account.
