Attractive antiquarian full leather binding, smooth spine, gilt bands, gilt title lettering on contrasting red leather label.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book opens to title page, no preliminary blanks (one blank at rear).

Binding gently age worn but still appealing, leather and joints lightly scuffed and rubbed but still supple, remains overall attractive as a physical object of this era.

Text block paper is age toned as typical, small scattered spotting and dog eared corners, internally book remains mostly clean, tight and sound. A book which has been taken care of but does not look like a new book. This is an antique old book which has been handled over the past many decades.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in rather nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive.
