Attractive antiquarian full leather binding, slightly raised & gilt bands, gilt title lettering, gilt ruled covers. 

Early gilt stamped gift inscription on front cover: "To Gracie on Completing Her 18th Year. November 9th, 1852". All the music is dedicated to Miss Grace Wright, presumably the same "Gracie" seen on the cover.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. 

Binding gently age worn but still appealing, leather and joints well scuffed and rubbed with splitting at ends, covers still well attached, chip at head of spine, book remains overall very attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently age toned as typical, internally book remains mostly clean, tight and sound. A book which has been taken care of but may/ does not look like new.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in rather nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive.
