Publisher's cloth binding, gilt title lettering & pictorial cover decorations, embossed cover designs.

Book is disbound, all pages loose.

Book is physically old and shows some clear heavy signs of youthful handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding heavily age worn, no spine, covers detached, text block disbound and now all loose pages.

Offered in this condition due to rarity and great theme of cats.

Paper is gently toned, first color plate with small top corner loss as visible in pic.

Still attractive on the shelf. The rare juvenile book displays a unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
