Publisher's decorative cloth binding, chromolithograph cover pastedown, gilt title lettering, embossed cover decorations, oblong format.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time but cover is remarkably clean and gilt is very bright. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, joints and edges slightly scuffed, remains overall attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned, first page with early poem, rest of the pages are blank, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
