Early 20th century folding promotional tourist brochure, saddle stitched with center staples. Text in English.
Illustrated throughout with 2 maps and numerous charming early small b&w city photos capturing sights now long transformed. Cover is a birds-eye prospect view which wraps around and fills both covers with a very nice panoramic view.
Two city plans of St. Paul, the centerfold map displaying several cartoon style images including for the State Fair Grounds, the Ford car plant and the airport. Second downtown business section plan has a four column key below it listing 57 specific businesses, hotels, restaurants, halls, etc.

Item is c. 100 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.
Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival.
Paper is lightly toned, small signs of handling, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.
Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
