Period leather binding, old but later paper title on spine. Leather well age dried and scuffed, covers once detached but now held on by early tape spine, front hinge cracked.
Interior contents display a pleasing age patina, largely free of age spotting. Binding has been amateurly re-backed long ago in an attempt to keep the boards attached. Old institutional book plate to front paste down.
