With early owners 1796 inscription.
Period full leather binding, smooth spine, gilt bands, gilt title lettering on contrasting red leather label. Binding remains clean, tight, and sound, small chip at spine head.
Interior contents display a pleasing age patina, with light to moderate spotting throughout, two leaves with small chips resulting in loss of a few words.
Book remains well preserved and attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
