Publisher's decorative cloth binding, embossed & gilt cover lettering, embossed ruled covers, all edges gilt.
Book is physically old and shows some light inoffensive signs of handling and time.Â
Binding gently age worn and lightly soiled, but still beautiful in appearance, light signs of handling and rubbing but nothing offensive or severe, remains overall attractive as an object.
Paper is gently toned, plates all fresh and clean, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.
Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.Â
