Early 20th century lithographed coastal survey with lovely hand color. Printed on thin sturdy bond paper.

Beautifully hand colored example, remarkable level of detail, all sorts of interior terrain details including light houses.

Slight bit of "show-through" in spots (from text and a couple pictorial ads on reverse) which doesn't diminish the visual appeal.
