Uncommon 19th century lithographed urban plan map with original hand color. 

A highly detailed map with owners of houses and their plots identified. Invaluable for genealogical research, includes various non-residential buildings and businesses. Includes proposed streets plus businesses such as drug store, iron company, a nail maker, carpenter shop, etc.

Map is not new, shows signs of age and handling. Light age spotting and offsetting as seen, some old light damp staining. Displays a lovely age patina, still well worthy of display or gift giving. An uncommon county map from this era.
