Very detailed mid-19th century lithographed map with original hand color, of great interest for historical genealogical purposes. 

Many individual home owners are identified by name and their lot outlines are depicted as well. An extensive business key along the left side top and bottom names numerous types of professions and who practiced them. Map identifies churches, Shelburne Falls Academy, schools, etc.

Nice looking example, small scattered spotting, repaired tear near left inset tab, short separation at fold line intersection, overall pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
