Engraved map with original outline hand color. Mounted onto a linen backing with blue cloth edging long ago, possibly as issued by the publisher. Very unusual thus, almost a wall map.

Spotted and lightly age soiled, some wrinkling, couple small easy to overlook surface abrasions, two tiny holes in wide blank margin near top edge, but retaining a handsome age patina overall.

Sheet measures c. 25" H  x 19 3/8" W.

Printed area measures c. 20 1/8" H x 14 1/4" W.
