Drawn by B.A.M. Froiseth, S.L. City, 1871 (1872). Advertising printed on the back in 5 panels.

Across the bottom is an extensive detailed Reference key which locates 24 specific buildings and institutions, including President (Brigham) Young's residence & office, Deseret University, churches of various Christian denominations, a museum, numerous newspaper offices of daily newspapers Herald, Tribune & Review, Walker's new hotel, etc. U.S. military camp Douglas shown.

Clean, original fold lines, displays a pleasant age patina. Couple small minor archival tape repairs on reverse at a couple fold line intersections and short minor edge tear at middle left.

Sheet size c. 9 3/8" H x 13 1/8" W.

Narrow margins as issued.
