Seat of War in the South of Germany & North of Italy.

Issued c.1750-70’s (?) likely London, anonymous engraver. Source unknown, not listed in Jolly.

A visually superior example of this very uncommon mid-18th century map, light toning and minor small age spotting, lovely hand coloring, overall map displays a pleasing age patina.

Original fold lines as issued for this map. Lower left blank margin trimmed away as issued/ seen to facilitate folding of the map into whatever source it first appeared within.

Sheet size c. 9 3/8" x 12" W.

Engraved area c.8 1/4" x 10 7/8".
