Very uncommon/ scarce mid 19th century folio sheet lithographed map with original hand color. Decorative piano key border. From a rare atlas of this era.

Depicts the area with a focus and level of detail uncommon in this era.

Remains clean and nice looking example with a pleasing age patina. Any age flaws are minor and easy to overlook or forgive. There is a 2" split at base of centerfold which has a slight curl but which could easily be laid flat so it was all but invisible if the map is framed.
