Scarce original antique engraved map with original outline hand color.

Mountains of the Moon are labeled across the middle of Africa.

Paper shows typical gentle signs of age, couple very small dark spots at centerfold middle, minor normal waviness associated with age, some light spotting or foxing, but is clean overall and retains its soundness. A charming and uncommon map.

An appealing and not often seen antique view which could readily be collected on it's own merits, displayed or given as a present.
