172 pages. Text in English. Illustrated throughout with numerous photographic plates, many showing early automobiles. Large folding map at rear, plus loosely inserted persuasive cartography type leaflet which shows a strip map of the route.
Publisher's soft cover lettered paper wrappers. Rare.
Book is physically old and shows some clear signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.
Binding age worn, text block shows some visible pronounced damp staining throughout, remains overall attractive as an object.
Text block paper is gently toned, damp staining in margins throughout (please see photos), internally still tight and sound.
Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
