Charming early 18th century engraved map with original outline hand color.
The east side of the Caspian Sea is labelled as "Unknown Coast", early ink geographical name hand written below Gulf of Bassora, just above the part of Arabian peninsula noted as "part of Persia" beside Oman.
Nice looking example, paper heavily uniformly age toned, scattered age spots, short minor closed edge splits, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
Original fold lines as issued, strong mis-fold down one line.
