Scarce early 20th century tourist brochure which has a small custom map locating the hotel in the middle of the downtown. A route map with stops along the coast from San Diego to Astoria and the Columbia River to the left of it.

The small folded flap of the pamphlet shows a wonderful panoramic birds-eye view across the city with Mt. Hood in the background. Rear cover shows two interiors and an exterior street view.

Overall clean, light age wear, old crease across item which is easy to miss or overlook.

Likely issued c. 1920-30's.
