Scarce pair of mid-18th century maps relating to this infamous military campaign attack on Fort Ticonderoga near Lake Champlain on the edge of Vermont and Lake George in New York. Maps still within the periodical as issued, Canada map defective as seen (lacking a small sliver along right edge). NY Hudson River- Lake George map trimmed narrow as typical and unavoidable due to format size, and with a tiny binding hole near top gutter inset
