Period 1/4 leather binding, raised bands, gilt compartment decorations and title lettering, marbled covers and end papers.

Binding is stained, leather is scraped and scuffed (but still supple), binding is sound and tight. Interior contents clean, and bright, couple of pages with short closed clean edge tears. Any age flaws are easy to overlook or forgive.

Book measures: 13 3/4" H X 11" W.
