Fine antique engraved German map with original outline hand color. Produced in a manner utterly unique to this era in terms of engraving technique and color. The original hand coloring is entirely correct and specific to this map-maker. We have seen thousands of mid-19th century Meyer maps over the years and this is an excellent typical example. Ready for display.

A detailed and uncommon mid-19th century German map which could readily be collected on it's own merits, displayed or given as a present.

Nice looking map, in Good antiquarian condition, mostly clean overall, light minor age dustiness or small scattered age spotting as seen, sheet toned as seen in scan, normal age toning & wear, original centerfold as issued, overall the map remains visually attractive.
