Fine mid 19th century oversized color lithographed map. Sheet was backed by linen at a very early date, likely by the publisher. 

A pleasant unique age patina to the printing process and paper which distinguishes it from modern printing methods. Three insets across the bottom feature Gulf of Oran, Constantine and the coastline surrounding Algiers and environs.
