Late 18th century engraved landscape view of this American location. All 18th century birds-eye views of American locations are in general uncommon in any condition.

There is a tear at lower left corner which is partially closed with archival tape (easily removable) if an owner wanted to clean/ repair the print.

Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, old damp stain at top left corner, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
