32 pages. Profusely illustrated throughout, including many b&w photos of identified local people, all set within art nouveau designed surrounding borders.

With outstanding art nouveau cover art work by R.E. Leppert.

Undoubtedly scarce local souvenir, printed for this two day event over 115 years ago in a relatively fragile format. 

Publisher's illustrated paper wrappers, oblong format, original colored binding string.

Booklet is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time, yet is still mostly clean and attractive. 

Binding gently age worn, some very minor old staining in s few spots, some light soiling, remains quite pleasing.

Text block paper is gently toned, light to moderate scattered age spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
