431 pages. Text in English. Profusion of period advertising, often illustrated, at front and rear.

Cloth covered boards, lovely floral embossed patterns, smooth spine, gilt title. No map, possibly issued without one due to the Civil War paper shortages.

Spine cloth chipped, rear joint cracked, covers still well attached- book otherwise remains well preserved internally. 

It displays a beautiful age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition.
