Rare loose ephemeral map which has clearly been subjected to much use and is in relatively poor shape (although still appealing).

Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers folded into panels, printed on both sides. One side is a railway line map, other side a detailed urban plan.

Item is over 100 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Paper age worn, rubbing, clear signs of handling and usage, numerous old fold lines, edge tears, splits along fold lines, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival.

Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
